Scaling widget creation with AI and making widgets easier to use

Product ManagerI led the research, design and launch of a workflow connecting 6 departments. In the first month after launch, the proportion of trade-in opportunities that resulted in a sale was 62% higher than in the same month the previous year.

Researching Inspiration and defining its evolution into Community
Product ManagerI led the research and advocated for a new proposition for Genially’s Inspiration section: a place to share creations and discover other users’ work. My team and I tested the proposition before its later implementation.

Integrating enterprise account and licence management into an ERP
Product ManagerI led the research, design and launch of an ERP connecting enterprise accounts, sales and licence management at Genially. We introduced customer autonomy and operational controls, with a phased rollout across internal teams and enterprise customers.
